the edition of 90 (plus XXV proofs). Etched by Bill and printed at the ‘2RC’

studio in Rome, 1971.

This outstanding and very large scale etching with aquatint by Max Bill is Illustrated

and described in the catalogue for the  exhibition:

‘Artistic Double Dreams – Doppio Sogno dell’Arte’, 2008 illustrating the work

of the great Italian Print Studio over a period of some 50 years. After opening

in Rome the exhibition travelled to Chicago and Indianapolis in the US. (no

730).
